FEATURED ENGAGEMENT: MULTI-STATE HEALTH SYSTEM TRANSFORMATION
Initially our team was brought in to expand molecular lab services beyond a single state offering and to help provide access across the health system's entire multi-state footprint. Once that was completed we were asked to help design a system-wide whole genome sequencing effort that could be both clinical and research-based. The result: A groundbreaking combination clinical and research study that enrolled 1000's of patients and helped create pathways for better patient access to precision medicine. Next we helped envision a formal genomics department, co-create cancer risk screening at scale, launch a pharmacogenomics effort, and help get newly diagnosed cancer patients access to genetic testing. We helped with every aspect of program development, created a custom 'genomics operating system' platform to engage patients and run programs efficiently at scale, and even helped out with interim executive leadership of the health systems' Genomics Department.
